What is your favorite way to manage personal finance?

How do you manage your personal finance, do you have any rules or strategy that you follow? Well, I have a simple strategy to manage my personal finance, I follow the rule of 50/30/20. I allot 50 percent of my income for paying for essential items (rents, utility bills, etc.), 30 percent for wants and wishes (entertainment, etc.), and 20 percent for saving and investment. This rules helps me to keep my expenses on track.
