My biggest knowledge

I've always been a victim of investing wrongly over the years which have made me lose so much money I don't even wish to remember because it breaks me whenever I recall my experiences.

Since I started using this community, I've picked one or two things that's very important about going into investment. As a result, I've been very careful with how I go about investing today.

Thank you so much for everything!

What I've learned!

I've gathered a lot since joining. I used to imagine money just sitting in a bank account like cash in a vault but learning how the monetary system actually works was eye-opening for me.

I learned that most money today is digital, not physical. Banks don’t just store money; when they issue loans, they effectively create new money within a regulated system. That changed how I see things big time.

I used money and currency interchangeably and incorrectly. They are not the same. It feels like discovering the hidden mechanics of something I use every day. Thank you! 😄

My time here.

I came here because I wanted to understand why prices kept rising and why the economy always seemed so unpredictable. I thought I had it mostly down and I figured I'd learn a few things and move on, but after finishing the core curriculum and about half of the documentary library, I realized how little I actually understood about money despite years of school. I still have a lot to learn, but I can finally understand answers to these questions without feeling completely lost. Looking back, this has been a valuable educational experience. 🙂
