When you work with your intuition, it is wise to learn how to set up immediate boundaries with people that drain or depelete your energy. If you encounter these people that have chaos reigning in their life, those users and abusers that seek to drain you of your own energy, the best steps to shielding is indeed picking up the pieces after you've been through such a conflict and encouraging for next to no communication until you have healed your energy.

The bubble is simply that. Stepping into a bubble of light (of your choice tailored to your own energy), whichever is appropiate.

The Cloak

The cloak zips you up in light from foot to head, cloak decorations can be of your choice. Some people go for blue as the colour of archangel michael, others go for more uplifting colours like lilac, pink.

If you do feel tired or sleepy or drained, here's a few things on what you can do to mend the gap in your auric fields and energy.


Stitching up the aura in light

Is there a situation happening around you where you have felt conflicted or in a conflict with someone else whose just made you feel energetically tired or just plain drained? Perhaps they have been thinking negatively of you and influencing the situation.

Here's an exercise anyone can do which assists in mending or handstitching up the leakage of your aura.

Simply relax as you would in any normal meditation, guided or otherwise. When visualizing, envision the part of your aura which requires mending. Visualize lite green healing light and vibrationally weave the light into your aura, if you don't know what this means, find an approach in the way that suits you, but basically how i do this approach is that I visualize a knitting needle with a thread of green light and watch as it ducks in and out of the gap needing to be fixed. I then watch as the thread pools together and stitches up the gap of light in the aura. Then I recenter, using the white light over my body from head to foot and the earthy golden light coming up from the earth up to replenish energy and center by visualizing myself standing where the two light(s) meet.

I suppose the best thing for me to do now would be to introduce myself...I am CelticRose, though my pen name has been shortened over time to Rose, for those that know me and for those that don't. but yet are about to be posting on here as a part of my life....

I'm an old soul who has been through a lot of lifetimes, memories of some that already that have come through to me in my dreams, I'm fairly awake...and I hear more than I should... I definitely know and feel more in terms of energy and intuition.... so I guess this is a part of my journey, a forum of opportunity which I offer to you to participate, engage and connect within our walls. I started working with my gifts at the age of 16, that's when I first awoke and had my first awakening and realization of the spirit world. After that I branched out to extend my soul family group over on the reality now, so this is a little opportunity and offering I'm trying to bring to the table.
