1.) Make sure that you're explaining in clear and concise terms what exactly the issue is.
2.) Use the print screen function to save screenshot(s) to help illustrate the issue.
3.) List suggestions or link them (for coding issues).
4.) Most important: be patient! Some issues take longer than others to resolve or troubleshoot.
