How can Forum Spark improve?

I love the software, but there could be more emoticons, a chat box etc.. Well, what do you see missing? Is there a good chance Forum Spark will add it?

There's actually a shoutbox I just don't have in enabled here. It's pretty easy to add custom emoticons too! Right now the one feature that isn't implemented in yet that I can't wait for is database backups. I know Cedric is working on this and it will roll out eventually. I would love to see a media gallery added at some point too.

The direct message thing has a problem. It shows html code in it. Why is that?
