NAS Server

I've been wanting to get a NAS server since I want to setup a webhost to save some money on hosting costs. Does anyone here have any experience with a NAS server? Which one do you have and what do you primarily use it for?

Not sure if this can count as "NAS" but I currently use my Raspberry Pi 3B+ as an SMB server (Samba) running under Alpine Linux and I mostly use it for share my music collection between computers so I no longer have to use an USB or copy the same files between all my computers.

I would count it since you've got a server, you're just using a Raspberry Pi for it rather than a typical NAS setup with hard drive bays. That sounds like a handy setup you've got though! Definitely does beat having to move files from one drive to another for sure.
