That’s about the amount of times I go to the cafe. Fast food is on top of that LOL

Hardly ever tbh! I’m in a calorie deficit, so I try to be good 😂 Although I’m not saying I’d turn down the odd cheeky takeaway 😜

I wouldn’t say that I eat fast food too often, but I do have it once in a while as a treat say on the weekends for a break, or even sometimes as a quick meal that I didn’t have to cook should my day have been quite busy.

Usually, if we have fast food, we have it on the weekends, but sometimes we can go a few weeks without having any fast food.

I have it occasionally because I live at assisted living - and the food isn’t always the greatest - LOL.

Note: We are forbidden to cook our own food due to safety concerns, I suppose.
