How Do You Get More Listeners to Your Radio Station?

The first thing is to know where your audience is hanging out. Is it on social media, WhatsApp groups or forums? You should post the clips of your shows, highlight best moments, and encourage listeners to share it. Another thing is collaboration. Don't hesitate to partner with other creators, do interviews, and you cross-promote. Who has actually grown their station from zero? Please share your tactic

I remember years ago, I had a friend who was a DJ, and he used to enjoy running a radio station online, and at one point offered to host and run one for me for my forum Chat Addicts back when the first version was around.

I remember using places such as Facebook and MySpace back then to get more listeners, as well as advertising on other forums that we had a live radio station and we were taking requests. That often got quite a few listeners, and they would spread the word.

You need to find out what works first of all. Try out a few contents and see how the audience react to it. You can also carry out a kind of a coded survey just to see what works better and what you can implement.

Wow! You’ve been in this for so long. People love to hear their song play on air, it makes them feel so special. And I think TikTok and Instagram is doing a great job in that area .
