Station Owners — Are You Looking for DJs?

So many station owners are tired of managing people that fail to show up. You take your time to hire a DJ, they are dedicated for the first two weeks, then they start to be unprofessional by missing shows and giving all sorts of flimsy excuses and before you know it, they ghost you entirely. Though there are still good DJs out there, but they are not cheap and easy to find. Some station owners prefer to just train rookies that have the passion. So, what are you looking for?
