PopFusePersonally, I love making use of subtitles whenever I'm watching movies or TV series. This is because it helps me to focus well and be carried along with every conversation that is happening in the movie or TV show.

I mostly watch movies or TV shows that are not in English, so i love use subtitles. For English movies though, I don't mind if it's there or not.

When I am watching movies I like using subtitles so that I can understand better and follow along every conversation. Sometimes it can be hard to understand some accents, so subtitles come handy then.

I hate subtitles unless it's to know what someone is saying if they're speaking a different language. If it's an English speaking film I won't use them.

When I watch dramas from China or Korea, for example, and they aren't dubbed, I have no choice but to use subtitles, since I don't understand Korean yet—I do understand a few things, but very little—and I understand Chinese even less; I don't understand anything at all of that yet.

Subtitles are compulsory for every single movie no matter how clear the audio sound is! Some films have bad sound and then the background music will be so loud that you can't follow the stories..

I love subtitles for forum movies, especially if they are speaking their local language like Korean and Chinese dramas. You won't miss the dialogue with the subtitles.
