Could you work for Uber, or not?

Whether as a side hustle or a full-time job—could you work as an Uber driver? Let’s assume you have the necessary vehicle (or would get one), and that you’d need to work roughly 8 to 12 hours a day—sometimes hitting that 12-hour maximum, other times working a bit less than 8 hours—with a schedule that might span Monday through Saturday, Tuesday through Sunday, or whatever days are required. Could you actually handle a job like this? And how long would you be willing to commit to driving for Uber? Would it be a long-term career, or just a way to generate income while you pursue a venture you’re truly passionate about?
