Are football referees sometimes biased?

In many matches, fans always complain that the referee is favouring one team. Like favour the big club, the home crowd, or money. But referees are human and they can make mistakes.

What do you think? Do referees really favour some teams on purpose,

Referees are human too, so they could be bias. And big clubs and home crowds can influence them. We have seen a lot of questionable calls in many matches in the past..
