I’ve seen this show a few times, when I was on vacation earlier this year for my birthday I binge watched a few episodes on Youtube lol. I’ve mainly watched the US version but I’ve seen a few episodes of the UK one too. There’s only been one episode I had to stop watching because it was too disgusting, and it was the episode with a lady named Shanna.

I've seen a few episodes; it's pretty entertaining, though some of the people seem totally unhinged to me—lol. Speaking of that kind of show, did you ever see Extreme Cheapskates? If not, you should check it out; I'm sure you'd like it.
