Jim Cummings not given a Disney Legend yet

Gizmo · 2 weeks ago · 3 replies · 124

There have been a lot of understandably frustrated people online wondering why Jim Cummings still hasn’t received a Disney Legends award at D23. Jim himself has even spoken out about it.

When you consider just how much Jim has contributed to Disney over the decades, particularly through some of its most iconic voice roles, it’s surprising that he still hasn’t been recognized as a Disney Legend.

Seeing The Rock receive the honor before one of Disney’s most recognizable and beloved voice actors does make the situation feel pretty disappointing.

The Rock isn’t even a good actor. He plays same role in every film he in.

Lol the rock is an okay actor, but not really the kind of actor I would expect something spectacular from.

Wait The Rock got this award before Jim did?! What the heck, who’s in charge of this event? No offense to The Rock, he’s a decent actor but Jim deserves this award more than him. He’s done so many voices throughout the years for Disney characters and has always done a fantastic job. (He’s also the voice of Dr. Robotnik in Sonic the Hedgehog Saturday Morning (or SatAM).
