Sports injuries could be very devastating. Such kind of injuries could have a huge impact on the career of sportsmen. Having said that, sport injuries are inevitable. The best way to deal with such kind of injuries is to follow doctor's advice and refrain from playing sports. Taking rest is very crucial. If you have ever suffered from such kind of injuries, then taking necessary medical precautions are a very important part of the recovery process. What do you think?

I rarely sustain injuries and that’s because I don’t engage in contact sports. If it requires a lot of body contact that will lead to falling down repeatedly kindly count me out. For this reason table tennis is my most played sport.

I agree that proper recovery is just as important as the treatment itself. Many athletes rush back into sports because they fear losing their place on the team or falling behind, but that can make an injury worse and prolong recovery.

I don't try to play through the pain. It would make the process of recovery quite longer. So I allow myself time to completely recover from any injury that I sustain before I ever play again.

As for the few 'injuries' he had, I don't even think they were actual injuries—probably just some minor knocks or something similar—so I have no idea how they’ll be addressed, but I assume it will involve seeing doctors, therapists, massage therapists, or other professionals who specialize in this kind of care.

Football injuries can be devastating and depending on the kind of injury, it can ruin the career of the player. From my knowledge, ACL is the worst injury any player can have.
