Gaining followers in twitch is a really difficult task. However, once you gain enough subscribers, you can start earning money. Despite all that, many people usually struggle to gain subscribers on twitch. So, how do you gain subscribers on twitch?
Gaining followers or subscribers on Twitch is always best done slowly as you build up a community. I have seen streamers who have participated in follow-for-follow schemes to become affiliates on Twitch, and then when they get that sub button, they can't understand why no one subscribes. That is because you didn't spend the time building up a community, and you forced affiliate status.
Slow and steady always wins the race and always works :)
I think that many people focus on saturated games when it comes to streaming games online and this is why they have a really harder time gaining followers on platforms like twitch. The best ways to gain followers is to stream games that are quite popular, yet less saturated. I would certainly stream games like Doom. It has a large community and it is not that much saturated.
