Avatars needed suggestion

I've noticed a lot of new members here haven't uploaded an avatar. It makes it difficult to see who stands out, and also with the same looking avatar, it's hard to remember who wrote what.

I don't know if this is something that should be forced, but maybe highly encouraged in order to be considered part of the writing group?

I have noticed this as well. I have always liked for members to upload an avatar if they wish, but many don't always tend to bother unless they are pushed to.

I feel that, for professionalism, having those parts of the writer's group should have an avatar, can be anything, something they enjoy, something they like to use that represents them, would be nice to see :)

I have always seen avatars as being a good way to get to know someone a little better, even what their interests are :)

Will be looking into enforcing this :)
