Tea is consumed by so many people around the world. I like ice tea, but I cannot remember the last time I drank it. I like flavoured ice tea. So, do you like to drink tea? How often do you consume tea? I do not like to drink hot tea though.
I took tea everyday because I have my provision box at home where I stored my tea and others at home I took it every morning and sometime wake up in the night and made some tea for myself so I have my tea storage at home

I think that I need to start drinking green tea as it has many health benefits. I am not sure if green tea available in the market has any health benefit as it can be processed green tea. There are tea leaves available in the market. Do you think that commercially available green tea has health benefits?
