Do you think that travelling can actually improve health?

I think that travelling and meeting new people could potentially improve health to some extent. Meeting new people and visiting new places could potentially refreshen your mind and this may help a lot. So, do you think that travelling is good for health?

Yes, obviously. I always say that traveling is good for the soul. Besides de-stressing you, it takes you out of the overwhelming routine and gives you new experiences. You also meet people and many other things, so I'm 100% in favor of traveling and I'm sure that traveling improves both your physical and mental health.

Well, I know that travelling is good for health. However, for some people like me, it could be a nightmare. I suffer from motion sickness. I went on a tour in the year 2017 and I fell severely ill. I just cannot tolerate motion sickness.

Traveling can do wonders for your health, but it's not just about traveling, but it's what you do while you travel. Visiting new places, seeing new people and trying new things can help boost both your mental and physical health.

Hiking has improved my health, especially when I’m actively doing it.

That’s travel, in a way!
