There are many people who usually deal with hot weather in many different ways. I usually deal with hit weather by consuming more and more juices n more an more water. So, what type of beverage do you drink when the weather is just too hot?
A cold pop or iced coffee usually does the trick!! I have been drinking caffeine free diet Coke so that I don't have all those calories from the sugar of regular pops, and I'm super sensitive to caffeine, so I have to go with caffeine free and that includes decaf coffee. I have an iced coffee maker and sometimes it makes better tasting decaf than the hot kind.
I think that soft drinks can do the trick, but I do not always recommend drinking soft drinks on hot days. I believe that it is always important to drink fresh and natural fruit juices along with water. This is the best thing.
We get cold flavoured milk here in 200 ml bottles. We can choose any flavour and yes that is ideal for a hot day
Coffee or water.
Sweet Tea if I’m eating out on the weekend.
A cold Mountain Dew Voltage is great, but I also like to drink sports drinks like Powerade when it’s super hot. Water too of course, you need water but the sports drink has electrolytes in it that help prevent dehydration.
