Can AI actually make you a great trader?

I do not think that AI alone can help you become a great trader. Trading is incredibly risky thing and AI can offer some assistance when it comes to creating strategies to some extent. However, it cannot help you when it comes to risk management. Tools such as ChatGPT could assist you in this regards. However, I have not been able to create a successful strategy using AI.
