What are your favorite monthly-income investments?

If I were a billionaire, I would have invested in properties. I would have purchased properties and rented them out. This would have been a great way to invest in real estate business. Rent of properties increase by the passage of time and this would provide great relief against inflation. So, what are your favorite monthly-income investments?
