Do you think that freelancing is more competitive?

Freelancing is oneno the most competitive fields out there. In the past, this industry was not that much saturated. However, now things are very much different. Many people turned to freelancing and this made things really hard for many people in this industry. So, do you think that freelancing is more competitive?

I used to be a freelance graphic designer, but I don't do that anymore and one reason is because there is always someone wanting to do the work cheaper. My time is worth money, my experience is worth money, so I don't want to work for pennies. It's just too hard to do things when there are sites like Fiverr.

I believe that freelancers should always be respected and they deserve to get paid a good amount of money for their efforts. There are several reasons why so many people are willing to work for lower rates. Unemployment is increasing, so many people become freelancers and they tend to work for cheaper rates. I am also a freelancer as well and I have been working for quite low rates.

Lower the rate more the demand and with this thought freelancing is here to stay.
