There are so many freelancers who usually lose clients by the passage of time. I think that there could be various reasons for that. Not delivering the work at the right time and not offering high-quality services could be a big reason. What do you think?
many business loss clients, because of poor customer service, for freelancing, I believe the reason why clients can be loss is lack of patience and work delay. many clients wan’t their work to be completed within a specify time frame.
I have worked for Upwork a couple of years ago and what I feel most freelancers usually lost clients because of poor communication, missed deadlines, unclear expectations, or inconsistent quality, not always because of weak skills.
When clients feel ignored, confused, or unable to rely on timely updates, trust fades. I’ve learned that setting clear scope, communicating proactively, delivering on time, and understanding the client’s goals matter as much as doing good work.
Most freelancers ghost their clients after receiving payment. They are full of excuses and such clients will never hire them again. They disappear after getting paid.
