How much money did you invest at first?

prolific-writer · 4 months ago · 11 replies · 499

I invested $25 at first at an online website. They claimed to be a business website. However, I was scammed. Later I found out that it was a hyip website. Having said that, I never invested money on a shady website after that. So, how much money did you invest at first?

I mostly invested in shares but do not recall how much it was. The returns were good. I have now sold all my shares and invested in bank deposits Although the interest is not much it is a safe investment.

It is much better to invest money in assets that have intrinsic value rather than earning interest. Banks do not offer a high return on interest and comparatively, the value of money will actually decrease by the passage of time as inflation rate increases higher than the interest rate. This is why I never earn interest.

I am aware of bank deposits not giving much returns but at this time in my life I prefer to have safe investments

Suppose if bank gives you 2 percent interest rate and if inflation increases at the rate of 5 percent, then this would make interest earnings as useless. This is why I prefer investments that bring real profits that could help me counter inflation. This is why scalping in forex markets would be a better investment.

I invested $50 in a paid-to-click website at first, I used the money to buy alot of referrals, but guess what? I was scammed. I found out that the owner of the website was an old internet fraud-star.

I am so sorry this happened to you. You do have to be so careful when it comes to things like this online.

I have learned over the years that if they are asking for a fee or for you to invest to be part of something or to even earn something, it is usually a huge red flag.

I dropped around $40 on one fake HYIP website years ago. The site was promising daily payout, i saw small profit on my dashbaord and it prompted me to add another funds, then overnight it vanished completely.

That was so disappointing, any HYIP with daily return of investment appear to be scam, infact ponzi scheme don’t really worth it, I have lost so much to this same program, but that should be a lesson to you.

This has been the story of a lot of people that invested their money in hyip. They always end up getting scammed. I do my own Investments offline mostly in shared and I'm grateful that the companies didn't turned out scammers

I've dumped a few thousand into crypto over the years. I've come out of it with more than I put in but there were a handful that I put in around $100 and are now basically worthless. Axie Infinity is one of them.

Business is all about gain and loss, so irrespective of how much profit you made, you should be contented with that.

The amount of money you start a business with, is not really the issue, your awareness and knowledge towards the business is always the solution. You can start with what you have while growing your capital.
