Which movie could you watch over and over?

These days we have streaming, DVDs, etc. But back in my day, there were those movies that families would watch together every year because they only came on TV once a year.

I'm not sure if I chose to watch them over and over, OR if it was TRADITION! LOL.

These films were linked to the holiday season:

• A Charlie Brown Christmas (animated)

• It's a Wonderful Life (also a Christmas movie)

• The Ten Commandments (Easter movie)

These films showed up and I'm can't remember what time of the year it was or what we were celebrating/

• The Sound of Music

• The Wizard of Oz

• Oliver!

All three were awesome musicals!

I actually went to see Oliver! at the movie theater with my friend when it was first released. The rest of the films aired on TV, and eventually Oliver! was shown on TV.
