Is Instant Noodles a Snack or a Real meal?

In many busy households, student apartments and even workplaces, instant noodles have become an absolute stable because they’re very fast and cheap to prepare. Nothing too complex in their preparations. However, I wonder if we should classify them as nutritious and legitimate meals or junk snacks. In my own opinion, I believe that if you soft-boil a couple of eggs, throw in some fresh carrots, and add a bit of shredded chicken, you can easily transform a simple pack of noodles into a very filling dinner. What are your favourite ingredients to turn your noodles into real restaurant meals?

I lived off Ramen Noodles in my 20s for about an entire year when I was really super poor. I only ate the beef-flavored ones a few times a day. I haven’t been able to eat that flavor since LOL

Noodles for me now is a full meal. I'm trying to lose some weight so I don't much. If I prepare noodles now I'm eating it as my breakfast or lunch for the day since it is one food loaded with a lot of salt and calories.

Instant noodles are a meal, though a not very nutritious one. I had a friend of a friend in Uni that ended up with scurvy because all he ate was cheap noodles.

Ramen at least contains protein and vegetables to make it a more balanced meal.

I do take noddles a lot I even got accustomed to noddles, that I can stay a day without eating noodles, along the line I was having a little issue in my body system that I had to seek my doctor,my doctor told me that I should avoid taking noddles, but even if I want to take it ,it should be twice In a week,so I don't often take it as much as before.so my favorite ingredients in my preparation of noddles is adding some vegetables like onions, cabbage, carrots and lettuce in my noddles this is very nutritional and enriches the body system.
