What's the best survey site that actually pays?

Been trying out a few survey sites lately and honestly most of them feel like a scam, either the payout is trash or they kick you out mid-survey for "not qualifying." Curious what's actually worked for you guys, which sites pay decent and don't waste your time?

There are alot of survey website that really pay,but the best way to do survey is through micro jobs website as most survey website dont just work in my region if you sign up you will seldom see survey to complete,sometime it can even take months to reach a single payout.
