I paid for the $25 plan on the Postloop portal but what are Promotional credits as I got some when I paid for the plan.

Nothing at the moment. Promotional credits remain separate and cannot be withdrawn or used to fund paid work. But they will play a role in the near future. I wanted them to start being added from the very first payments coming in. But you’ll soon learn what they are about. 🙂
