Allow for co-owners to review writing jobs.

Can we make it so site co-owners can also review & approve writers for writing jobs?

I think this would be a great help if the owner can’t get to a PC to review a writer’s work for approval or if they trust their co-owner’s judgement on writers.

Thanks! 🙂

Hmm yes, it’s an oversight on my part. I’ll get this done in the next update. 😇
