User unable to view forum

@Cedric I have heard from someone who was able to view and use the forums properly; she is now informing me of an error she is getting when coming to the forums.

This error is

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Placing this here to keep it in one place until we work out the issue.

Nothing on our end should have changed anything. They can try clearing their cache and deleting cookies.
