No new jobs? Am I discoverable?

After removing a writer I seem to have not had anymore writers. Every writer has been invited to my forum so regardless of setting they would have been able to book jobs.

Has something happened to my listing since I removed a writer?

Originally on my writer page under explore communities I could see my site and take paid work on it (which would defeat the point haha) but I no longer see it.
