Introducing Malokai, one of the first ForumSpark themes!

Malokai is completely free to use. If you have any comments or questions regarding this theme, or if you find something of which you feel like it needs to be changed/updated, feel free to reply to this topic and I'll look into it.

I previously used the board layout, but obviously, this may mess up any other themes you're using (sorry, it has been a while since I created a theme ).

Please copy (and remove) the board template html and paste it above the user navigation comment in the Theme Layout to fix this, if you are currently using this theme.

I have updated the theme files on the download page.

Hmm yes, that's what I was also thinking once I installed the theme. Which led me to think there should be an easier more straight forward system to install themes. Preferably a drag and drop button install from an xml or zip file. Which I have suggested to Jamie, so we'll see if this is possible short term or not.

I simply forgot forum themes usually work like this, since I can't even remember making my last one (which was probably the Unity ZB theme? Haha). I suppose it's pretty straight-forward if you're used to it.

But yes, from a user's perspective, it would indeed be nice if they could simply upload a zip file containing the layout, css, and images, instead of having to copy-paste all of the code and uploading every image separately.

This is a gorgeous theme good job on it Mace! I do wish it had a dark variant too, I prefer dark themes myself and I think it would work well. Still I look forward to seeing more of your work again on FS!

I actually did start working on a dark variant back when I released the theme, but I never completely finished it (you can see it in the theme chooser). Perhaps I should sometime, haha.
