Alt Forums is a forum dedicated to discussing alternative platforms outside of the more popular ones. If you're looking for a Discord replacement or a new platform to host your current community on, Alt Forums has you covered! While most discussions are over on Reddit, they're spread out which can make it confusing and hard to find content. Alt Forums strives to be a centralized community to discuss these platforms, without having to browse multiple places on the internet. Come check us out today!

Interesting niche. Since bigger and popular platforms are introducing a lot of features that average people might not agree to, I can see alternative platforms growing bigger day by day. A forum dedicated to alternative platform discussion is an interesting concept.

This is a pretty unique idea for a forum. Some people dislike visiting the "big" platforms or something about them, so I can see this forum being useful.

Nice, good luck :)

Looking for a new chat client to try out that isn't Discord? Check out our Chat Client section today! We also now have a section for retro platforms, you can talk about your favorite old school IM clients! We're growing each week, and hopefully soon we'll have our own domain name to replace the subdomain. (Nothing wrong with a subdomain, but we'd like to have a TLD!) You might discover a new platform you never heard of on Alt Forums!

This is very cool! Reminds me of https://alternativeto.net/ but with the ability to discuss good software.
