Permissions to view shout box

I would like a permissions option to choose which groups can view shout box. I would rather only my staff see it on my forum to make it for staff chat only.

This is already available in your group settings => Shoutbox settings => Users can view the shoutbox. Disable this for members and guests and you will have it only visible to your staff.
