Bug with club notifications

My co-admin let me know that when he got a notification through the club system they get an error when they click the notification.

I received the error. I will have this fixed in the next version.

@Cedric also, if I edit a club in admin and press save changes it'll take me back to the forum with that error rather than saving the changes or taking me back to the right page in admin.
