What have you prepared for Christmas?

Every forum owner need at least one staff member to help him run the community. A moderator at least is very important in running a forum. Most people find it hard to work as a volunteer staff with getting paid.

Have you ever sacrificed for any forum owner to work as a volunteer staff on the forum?

I enjoy being part of other communities because there is always something new to learn. Being staff elsewhere also exposes me to different management styles but I'll always make sure my own forum gets enough attention.

Eating alone at a restaurant or food court is perfectly ordinary, yet some people feel awkward sitting by themselves. Others enjoy the freedom of choosing their own meal without coordinating with anyone. Have you ever gone out for a meal alone, did you find the experience enjoyable?

Personally, I don't have anything against anyone who likes to smoke as long as they are not doing it in my space or where I'll be inhaling the smoke. I don't like the smell of cigarette for any reason whatsoever. It's not good for my health.

I can't remember the last time I lend money to any human being who's not my immediate family member. People have proven to me never to trust them with my money and I'm resolute on that now.

My favourite streaming services are Netflix and Spotify. Netflix is for watching my favourite movies and series while Spotify is for listening to my favourite songs.

Do you make use of streaming services?

General discussion forums are too many today. I'm not going to lie about it or try to downplay how saturated that niche have become. To my surprise, more new general discussion forums keep being set up.

Social media platforms attract huge user base. People from different backgrounds and people having different opinions and perspectives are active on various social media platforms. Therefore, social media platforms are highly prone to dramas. Based on your personal experience, which social media platform draws more drama?

Some people find it easier to concentrate in a library, shared workspace, or quiet cafe than in their own home. A change of surroundings can also introduce distractions. Have you experimented with working from different places, did it affect your concentration?

My answer is yes. I have been running a community for more than 5 years and there has been absolutely zero dramas. It is a mental health community, so I guess there is no drama (because it is a serious topic). Do you think you can run a community without any drama, do you run a community where dramas are non existent?

Some topics attract drama where as other topics don't. Generally speaking, general discussion topics don't attract drama but the topics like race, religion, ethnicity, politics bring in more drama. What do you think some topics bring in more drama to a community compared to other topics?

Do you secretly enjoy watching forum drama?

These days drama happens in any platforms where users can share their opinion, for instance, social media, discussion board, or forums. Do you see dramas more on social media communities or on forums? Where do you see dramas being nasty, social media or forums?

Let's face it we're all human and we're all going to disagree at some point or another about things. This can definitely cause drama in families especially when hot button topics like politics and religion are brought up at the dinner table. So have you dealt with family drama before and were you able to get over the drama? They say life is too short to keep the drama going, but sometimes it's hard to drop it.
