As some of you may have heard, the PHP team recently announced two critical security vulnerabilities affecting several PHP versions.
You can read more about them on the official PHP website.
We would like to let you know that we've taken the necessary steps to address these vulnerabilities and have applied the relevant security updates to our infrastructure.
Keeping Postloop secure is something we take seriously, and we continue to monitor security announcements to make sure we're up to date with the latest fixes.
There is no action required from our users or connected communities.
It is however recommended you apply the necessary patches to your servers.
We just wanted to keep everyone informed. 🙂
We want to make an important point clear to everyone who is currently a writer on PostLoop, as well as anyone considering applying to join our Writers Team.
When writing for PostLoop, you must NEVER mention PostLoop on the websites you are completing orders for. This rule is non-negotiable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Threads: Do not mention PostLoop when creating new threads or discussions.
Posts and replies: Do not reference PostLoop in any content you write on client websites.
Personal messages: Do not contact other members of those websites through private messages to discuss PostLoop, your writing work, or your involvement with the platform.
Any other communication: Do not disclose or discuss PostLoop anywhere on the sites you are writing for.
This is a strict PostLoop rule and a serious breach of the expectations we have for our writers.
What happens if you break this rule?
Any writer found mentioning PostLoop on a client website after being approved will have their writer status revoked. No exceptions.
We want to make this absolutely clear before anyone applies or continues completing orders. Being part of the Writers Team means understanding and following our guidelines. If you cannot agree to these expectations, then writing for PostLoop is not the right fit for you.
Why is this so important?
Site owners come to PostLoop because they want genuine, natural content and meaningful engagement on their websites. They do not want their members being approached about PostLoop, nor do they want discussions about our platform appearing in their communities.
When this rule is broken, it can damage our relationships with site owners, undermine their trust in our service, and potentially cost PostLoop valuable clients and future business. That affects the entire platform, including the writers who rely on it for opportunities to earn.
We are working hard to build PostLoop into a reliable service that benefits both site owners and writers. Protecting the trust of our clients is essential to making that happen.
Please read the guidelines
All writers are expected to read and understand the announcement in the Writer's Forum:
Please Do Not Mention PostLoop When Completing Orders:
https://forums.postloop.net/topics/50885-please-do-not-mention-postloop-when-completing-orders
If you are already an approved writer, please take this reminder seriously. If you are considering applying, make sure you fully understand this rule before doing so.
PostLoop depends on trust, professionalism, and genuine engagement. Do your part to protect that trust.
Hi all,
We've added a new page where you can find our promotional images: https://postloop.net/brand-assets
You're more than welcome to help spread the word by adding a link or image to your signature on other websites or forums.
Just to be clear, please don't use these promotional images on forums where you're completing paid work through Postloop. We don't want promotional content to interfere with the work you're doing for site owners.
For site owners, we'd absolutely appreciate it if you'd consider placing a small promotional image somewhere on your site. Every bit of exposure helps! :)
A few changes rolled out today:
Reservations now last 24 hours
Before: reserved slots expired at midnight in the community's time zone, so depending on where you live and when you reserved, you might have had only a few hours.
Now: every reservation lasts a full 24 hours from the moment you reserve it. Please remember: When the reservation expires and you’ve made 7/10 posts, you’re only credited what you made. Creating 3 posts the next day does not count!
See exactly how long you have left
Before: the deadline was in small print and shown in UTC.
Now: every reserved slot shows a live countdown. It turns amber under 3 hours and coral under 1 hour, and shows the deadline in your own time. You'll also get a reminder on your dashboard when unused slots are about to expire.
Simpler topic and reply targets for community owners
Before: you couldn't lower a target below everything already posted plus every slot writers had reserved. That included slots that had already expired but were still held for 48 hours. You also couldn't see where that number came from. Turning off topics or replies meant guessing the exact number to type.
Now:
Set any number. Set 0 to turn topics or replies off completely.
The only limit is slots writers are actively holding right now. If you try to go lower, Postloop tells you exactly why: "Writers are holding 10 reply slots until 16 Oct 14:30. Set replies to 10 or more, or try again after then."
Posts already made and expired reservations no longer block you.
Your integration page shows each target, how many posts are made, and how many slots writers are holding and until when.
Clearer messages for writers
Before: "No slots remain in this community's target."
Now: you'll see whether the owner has turned that type off or its limit has been reached.
Faster dashboard
Moving between pages in the member dashboard is now quicker and smoother.
Hi everyone,
Today's update is built around your feedback. Here's what's new.
For writers we have made things a bit more clear based on support tickets we received:
See why you can't reserve yet. If the Reserve posting slots button is unavailable, Postloop now tells you why, right above the button. For example, your application is still waiting for the owner's approval, your community account isn't linked yet, or today's limit has been reached.
Topics or replies, your choice. On connected communities, pick Topic or Reply under Content type when you reserve. Each reservation covers one type, so to split your daily allowance you reserve twice (for example three replies, then two topics).
Getting listed in the writer directory. Approved writers appear in the directory once they tick "Publish my writer profile" in My profile. It's optional: it helps owners find and invite you, but you don't need it to join communities or reserve work.
For site owners we have introduced a few new features:
Never miss a writer application. When a writer applies to join your community, you now get a clear "New writer application" notification and email. Your communities page also shows how many applications are waiting for you. Writers can't reserve paid work until you approve them, so a quick review keeps things moving.
Rating queue. Thanks to @Gizmo for the suggestion. Work & reviews now has a Needs your rating filter that lists approved work you haven't rated yet. Once you rate a post, it drops off the list.
Co-owners. If you run your forum or blog with someone else, you can now add them as a co-owner. Open your community and use the Co-owners panel to invite another Postloop member by email. Once they accept, they can:
approve writers and manage participation,
review, approve and rate work,
and, if they choose, help fund the community from their own wallet.
Your wallet always pays first. A co-owner's wallet is only used once they switch on "Fund this community", and only when your balance can't cover a reservation. You stay in charge of the listing, its connection and who your co-owners are.
Help guides
The help guides for writers and site owners are updated with all of the above. Click the question mark on any page to open the guide for that page.
As always, thank you for the ideas and feedback. Many of these came straight from this forum. More is on the way!
-The Postloop Team
Managing content exchanges can sometimes feel like a juggling act. One site here, another exchange there, and before you know it, your work and content are scattered across multiple platforms.
That’s where Postloop can help.
If you’re both a site owner and a writer, Postloop gives you the opportunity to keep everything in one place. You can earn credits by writing on other sites and use those credits to receive content for your own site.
Want more content than you can earn simply by posting on other sites? Credit purchases are also available, allowing you to invest directly in getting more content for your forum or blog.
This means Postloop can work as both a content exchange and a way to invest in your site. You can earn credits, receive content, purchase additional credits when needed, and manage it all through one platform.
We know how stressful it can be when exchanges and content work are scattered from one site to another. Postloop is designed to make the process simpler by bringing it all together in one place.
Whether you want to earn content, receive content, or invest in growing your site, Postloop gives you a central place to manage it all.
📢 Quick reminder for Postloop writers!
We’ve noticed some writers are reserving slots but not completing them before the deadline.
Remember, slots are released at midnight in the site owner’s time zone. For example:
• Chat Addicts: Midnight UTC
• Uncrowned Gaming: Midnight America/New_York
• ChatterSpace: Midnight Pacific/Auckland
You can find the timeslot details within the community site page in your dashboard, under the writers tab, in my communities.
Make sure you check what these times are in your own timezone so you know when your reserved slots will expire.
⚠️ Important: If your slot is released and you then post without reserving it again, the system won’t pick up the post.
So please double-check your deadlines and make sure your slots are still reserved when you post. 😊 You can check this by going to the community site page and scrolling down to the bottom of that page. It should look like this; notice how it will tell you if the posting window has closed.

Thanks, everyone!
On Postloop, you will see an allocation like this for each site you are working on. The amount will be different for each site, depending on how much new content the site owner wants each day.
For this example, the site owner has allocated 10 posts or threads per writer.
You can choose how you want to use your allocation by selecting either Reply or Topic from the dropdown menu and then choosing how many you would like to reserve.
For example, if you wanted to make 5 threads and 5 replies:
Select Topic from the dropdown menu.
Enter 5 in the quantity box.
Reserve those 5 topics.
Then select Reply from the dropdown menu.
Enter 5 in the quantity box.
Reserve those 5 replies.
You have now used your full allocation of 10 pieces of content for that day, 5 topics + 5 replies.
You don't have to split them 5 and 5. You can choose the combination that works best for you, as long as you stay within the site's daily allocation.
I've also added a screenshot of this section so you can see exactly which area I'm referring to. Hopefully this makes it a little easier to understand! 😊
With Postloop being new to many, I felt it would be ideal to create a small video on how to apply, accept or join a community and apply for work to start earning with Postloop as a writer.
Remember, you do have to send in an application to receive the writer status on Postloop. You can read instructions on how to do that here
Feel free to give any feedback on this video, or ask questions if you are still struggling with applying for work on Postloop.
If you would like to see more tutorial videos, please let us know in the Postloop Support forum here
You can see the video at the link below. I hope it helps 🙂
It’s been over a year since Postloop was re-introduced. And after a lot of work behind the scenes, Postloop is now officially live.
This is a fresh start for the platform, with a new system, a new dashboard, and a different way of bringing writers and community owners together.
We’re really happy with where things are right now, but we also want to be realistic about it: Postloop is still a work in progress.
There will probably be a few minor issues that need ironing out along the way. Some parts may change, some things may be simplified, and there are already new features planned for future updates.
Development will continue regularly, especially now that people will actually be using the platform and we can see what works well, what causes confusion, and what could be improved.
A different way of buying content
One of the bigger changes is how content is handled.
Traditionally, services like this tend to work around fixed packages. You buy 20 posts, someone completes those 20 posts, and that’s the end of it.
Postloop works a little differently.
Instead of purchasing a fixed package, you fund your community with credits and open it up to writers. You decide how much activity you want, set daily limits, and writers can contribute as they go.
This makes the whole process more flexible.
You can slow things down, increase your limits, pause activity, or simply let your community grow at a pace that feels natural.
We may still introduce more traditional packages again in the future, especially for people who prefer a simpler one-off option, but nothing is set in stone yet.
It may take a little getting used to
The platform has been built in a way that makes sense to us, but we’re also aware that there’s quite a lot going on inside the dashboard.
For someone opening it for the first time, it may feel a little overwhelming.
To help with that, every page in the dashboard has a circular question mark in the top-right corner. Clicking it gives you a short explanation of what that page does and how it works.
We’ll continue improving those explanations as the platform grows.
And if something still doesn’t make sense, just ask.
We’re always around and happy to help.
This is only the beginning
Launching Postloop doesn’t mean development is finished. Quite the opposite. There are already new features planned, existing parts we may need to improve, and plenty of ideas we still want to explore. Some of those ideas will come from us, but a lot of them will come from the people actually using Postloop.
If something feels awkward, confusing, unnecessary or missing, please let us know.
That feedback is going to play a big part in where the platform goes next.
For now, though, Postloop has officially launched. So, tell your friends, fellow site owners and writers. Come join us!
Add your community, fund it, set your limits, or jump in as a writer and start contributing.
We’re looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.

Hi Postloopers!
It's been a bit quiet the last few days. But I assure you we're very hard at work. And ready to post the roadmap for Postloop’s "revival" and some of our key features that will be rolled out. As we work to bring Postloop back better than ever, here’s what you can expect to see in the coming weeks and months.
User Registration & Onboarding
An easy registration process for writers and site owners. Writers will complete a profile and submit trial posts to ensure quality before they start earning. Site owners will be able to quickly sign up, add their forums or blogs, and set up their own posting opportunities.Postloop Forums (Internal Testing)
To ensure that only quality content is posted, new writers will initially submit trial posts within the Postloop forums. These posts will be evaluated based on grammar, engagement, and relevance. Only users with positive ratings will gain access to paid posting opportunities.Forum & Blog Integration
Site owners will be able to add their forums or blogs to Postloop, enabling writers to contribute directly. Integration will be straightforward, with simple plugins for platforms like XenForo, Invision Community, WordPress, phpBB, and more. We'll also have a seamless dashboard to track posts and credits.Credit System
Postloop runs on a credit-based system that ensures flexibility and fairness for both writers and site owners. Writers earn credits by completing tasks, typically by making posts on participating forums or blogs. These credits can later be converted into real money through PayPal or gift cards. Site owners, on the other hand, use credits to hire writers and drive activity to their platforms. If a site owner is unable or prefers not to purchase credits, they can earn them by writing on other forums within the system. This makes it possible for everyone to participate, whether they contribute financially or by investing their time. The credit system is designed to be secure, transparent, and accessible for all.Writer Ratings & Reviews
As part of maintaining quality, site owners will rate writers on their grammar, effort, and content relevance after each task. High-rated writers will have access to higher-paying opportunities and can be featured on premium sites. Writers with consistent good ratings will see increased opportunities as they climb the tiers.Site Directory & Filters
A site directory will help writers discover the best opportunities by filtering available forums and blogs based on topics, pay rates, and frequency of posting. We’re also planning invite-only sites and listings that are approval-based for specific writers.Activity Monitoring & Dashboard
Both writers and site owners will get access to a personal dashboard to track performance and activity. Writers will be able to monitor how much they’ve earned, while site owners will have insights into post volume, engagement, and credit usage. This will make it easier to stay on top of progress.Payout System
Once writers accumulate enough credits, they’ll be able to request a payout through PayPal or redeem gift cards. Our goal is to make sure this process is simple, fast, and secure for all users.Anti-Spam Measures
We’re committed to maintaining a high-quality platform, which is why we’ll enforce strict anti-spam measures. Low-effort posts, AI, plagiarism and spammy content will be removed, and repeat offenders will be banned to ensure a positive experience for everyone.Referral Program
Get rewarded for helping Postloop grow! We’ll have a referral program in place, allowing users to earn credits for bringing new members to the platform. It’s a great way to passively earn rewards while helping us expand.
This will be the basic features list of Postloop when we launch. We do have more ideas that will be rolled out/announced once we have launched. So you can expect to hear about that in a few months after the official launch.
What’s Next For Postloop?
The development process for these features will take some time, and we’ll be updating you regularly on our progress. Keep an eye on this space for announcements and updates as we roll out these features and get closer to the official relaunch of Postloop.
In the meantime, we’d love to hear your thoughts! Are there any specific features you’d like to see? Do you have any questions or suggestions? Feel free to drop your feedback below. :)
Thank you for your continued support!

PostLoop is still looking for writers! We have had many people register, but only a few have made the qualifying posts and applied for the writers' position.
If you are interested in becoming a writer for PostLoop, you can find out more here
Once we have enough writers, we will start the services, and we can confirm that the split will be 60/40. Writer's will share 60% of the revenue from purchase packages, and Postloop will take 40%.
We can't wait to introduce more of you to PostLoop and meet more potential writers going forward
You can find us at https://www.postloop.net
Hi there, and welcome to PostLoop!
You may remember the first-ever PostLoop and how successful it was for not only writers but also for forum owners too.
As a forum owner myself over the years and also a writer, much like most of you, I was saddened when PostLoop closed it's doors and even though many have tried to create something similar, it has never really taken off.
Seeing forums on a slow decline upsets me, as I do miss the days where forums thrived and were the go-to place for many.
With that, I would like to bring PostLoop back, and we are looking for writers to join our team, but we will not just be taking on anyone and everyone under the writing title; there will be a process that you have to follow.
How to become a writer for PostLoop?
At the moment PostLoop is looking for writers, but we are all about quality and not just quantity when it comes to becoming a writer for PostLoop.
If you are looking to become a writer for PostLoop, we would need to see 50 posts, both consisting of replies and new threads, in the available in the forums here at PostLoop before you apply. This content would need to be a minimum of 40 words per post and thread.
Each member of PostLoop who applies to be a writer will have their content thoroughly checked to be sure that it is up to a standard we are looking for when it comes to our writing team.
You can see how we review writers for the Writer's Team here
Once you have made 50 posts around the forum and you are ready to apply, please send a PM to Shortie, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
What Are Writers Paid?
Writers receive 60% of the price of the package purchased. This means that if an order is placed for $50, then $30 will go to writers, minus the PayPal fees, as we can only send what we receive and PayPal fees, much of the time, can not be avoided.
An order for $50 will be completed by 5 writers, meaning that around $6, minus PayPal fees if fees are applied, will be sent to each writer who completes part of that order.
CHANGES TO SPLIT COMING WHEN THE NEW SYSTEM LAUNCHES
Once the new Postloop system launches, we will be changing the split to 50/50, meaning writers will get 50% of the package purchased split between the number of writers who complete the package, and Postloop will get 50%
This means that if a package is purchased at $50 and 5 writers complete part of that package, that is $25 shared between the 5 writers, and that will be $5 each, minus any fees that are applied when payment is sent.
Please note, AI will not be tolerated! All posts made on PostLoop forums are checked carefully before members are accepted as writers. If ANY of your posts are found to be AI, you will not be eligible for the writer's team here at PostLoop. We are looking for genuine, high-quality, human-written content!
Happy posting, and we can't wait to start building up our writers’ team here at PostLoop!
