Aside from forums, what other hobbies do you all have?
What do you enjoy doing the most?
What’s your favorite theme on Forum Spark?
What is your wishlist for new features on Forum Spark?
Who know’s, maybe the lead developer in watching 😛
Do you have any marketing goals for your forum?
As in, do you want to reach a certain number of members or posts at a certain time or something like that?
What are your marketing or forum goals?
4 members on this one as of this post.
23 on my trail running one.
How about your forum?
Long time listener, first time caller.
Just figured I would stop in and say hello, check this place out.
How many Forum Spark forums do you currently have?
I have 3, but I’m thinking about moving a XenForo forum over and merging two of them into it.
Then I’ll have two: this one and one about hiking, with trail running and cycling integrated into it.
How about you all?
What do you love about Forum Spark the most?
What are your favorite features?
Forum Spark does give us some SEO features, including the ability to name your sections, description info, and URL slugs. It also includes a meta description and a sitemap.
Do you try to practice SEO on your forum in some ways? If so, in what ways?
Forums aren’t easy in terms of SEO because most content is user-generated, and we can’t make users do SEO-friendly posts.
However, you can do some things to make it work a little better than not. Are you taking advantage of these things?
More importantly, are you doing any keyword integration into your forum and sections at all?
Do you promote your forum on social media?
How do you do it? Does it work? Are you getting good conversion rates?
I will occasionally promote my forum on social media using the link in comments method.
I’ve noticed a few new members from it, but not as many as I’d like.
I live in the very far southern portion of Illinois in the USA.
How about you?
Shawn Gossman here.
I’m the owner of Spark Admins. I made this forum to give Forum Spark forum owners their very own admin forum dedicated to Forum Spark.
I’ve been into forum administrator since the late 90s. II started out using the first version of phpBB. I’ve used other software too such as UseNet, WWWBoard, UBB, Ikonboard, Proboards, SMF, Mybb, Woltlab Burning Board, vBulletin, Invision, and XenForo. I’ve used some pearl forum platforms as well.
I also use to run Another Admin Forum.
I’m also into blogging, outdoor recreation, marketing, podcasting, and YouTube.
I’m 42, male, married, and I live in Southern Illinois - USA.
I look forward to meeting you all!

New Zealand has their election tonight and I'm excited that we are going to hopefully no longer have the three headed snake (we've had three parties in coalition for the past three years). Our election system is extremely different to the US and instead of one big party in control a government can consist of multiple political parties.
Do you follow politics?
Do you use the basic staff titles (administrator and moderator)?
Or do you use custom titles for your staff and additional staff groups at all?
I typically stick with administrator (only me) and moderator. If the forum gets big enough, I might add Community Manager to is and they would lead the moderation team.
Howdy Members,
