Do you use the basic staff titles (administrator and moderator)?
Or do you use custom titles for your staff and additional staff groups at all?
I typically stick with administrator (only me) and moderator. If the forum gets big enough, I might add Community Manager to is and they would lead the moderation team.
I use Spark Admin and Spark Moderator.

On PopFuse all staff have the same default staff group and then they have their role group secondary. I like things basic and simple there.
In the past, I’ve used “Forum Owner” and “Forum Staff” as my titles. That let people know who I was and it made staff equal in their titles. I think that’s a good practice. Too many different titles can lead to too many egos.
