Anyone into running at all?
I love trail running. I try to trail run a few times a week.
I’ve done half marathons, full marathons, and recently ran a 50K. My goal is 100 miles eventually.
I don’t like road running or the treadmill. I’d much rather be in the woods doing it.
In the world of trying to make sure vitals, and metrics are good, what apps or hardware do you use? For example I know many use hardware like Apple Watches, Fitbits, or even Oura rings. In terms of the software side, do you use the default app for those or do you integrate them into one single app (Google Health, Apple Health, etc.)?
My favorite color is Blue. What are other people's favorite colors?

In order to keep a good balanced diet, and also making sure that you are hitting goals for the day such as vitamin intake, protein, etc. - do you end up writing down (or logging within any apps on your phone or computer) the amount of what you ate, to keep track? Do you find that this is beneficial for you to maintain a consistant and balanced diet throughout the rest of the week?
Do you prefer watching movies or TV shows?
In order to bring yourself into a more “zen” like state, does going on walks help you focus on the now vs. the past? Do you also go on walks to let the stress go for the day and allow for you to focus on items that you want to do in the current or near future for self-care?
It sounds like such a silly saying, but it somewhat is ironically true - eating an apple a day is a healthy habit that provides good fiber and vitamin C that can give your body that small boost with natural sugar to keep you going in a pinch. I’m sure there are other “super” foods like this, so what are you super foods that you use as a small snack to keep you going but also are healthy in the end?
A popular debate - cats vs dogs. Answer in the poll.

Saw @Gizmo post this around and I’m always excited to see ForumSpark communities. Been around the block for awhile when it comes to forums, primarily ZetaBoards forums during their hayday. I see a couple familiar faces. Glad to be here. 🙂
How often do you have takeaways? What is your favorite one?
What is a habit that you wish you started when you were younger that you think has made you happier and healthier? Did you ever end up taking this habit on and how long did it take for you to realize that it’s something you should have started WAY earlier in your life?
What does it take to lose those stubborn extra weight that are making you unhealthy day by day? A well-planned routine and consistency seems like the more obvious answered, however it’s more than just those two things to be fair.
I think the bigger question for everyone to answer and understand is; Why is it easy to do these things at the start, but harder in the short term to be consistent fully?
I prefer using ChatGPT.
What are you watching?
My two are Complex PTSD and Dissociative identity disorder (DID).
