What’s a small thing that instantly makes your day better?
That is a good question. I tend to have a lot of off days if I am honest, especially since losing my dad last year and my mum earlier this year.
Over the last few months, the one thing that has instantly made my day better is listening to BTS and seeing all the content they are releasing after their 4 year hiatus.

Music can always make a day a bit better!!
There are many things that can brighten my day, for example doing breathing exercise, meditating, going for a walk, spending time with my toddler, or watching TV shows and movies.
