Are You a Good Cook?

I am a good cook. I say this based on the reviews I get from my family and friends when I invite them for lunch and dinner. I can cook various kind of chicken dish and rice dish. I am also pretty good at making salads and pickles. What about you, are you a good cook? What is your signature dish?

I can cook good food on an air fryer and the skillet. I'm not so great a baking stuff.

And I'm proud of the curry chicken and Cajun chicken dishes I made.

I've gotten so much better at cooking!! My meals, when I was first married were okay, and I really do mean that, just okay. Lately I've been hitting it out of the ballpark with anything that I've made! I think watching videos as other people cook has helped me learn important tips, especially with Italian cooking. I finally made a dish that my husband and I used to get from his friend's Italian mom and I couldn't replicate it...until now. He's obsessed with it and can't wait for me to make it again!
