What causes you to have a meltdown?

Something so simple sometimes such as thinking I'm right when I'm not 😛

I’ve not had a meltdown, that I can remember. If I’m at work, I just hold it in and let it out when I get home. Usually I’ll blast my music on the way home when I’m in my car. Then I get to sit at home in the peace and quiet for a little bit before I take my shower. Once, I’m done with my shower, I’m usually okay by then and I’m starting to make dinner by then.
