Do you have members that complain about drama on your forum? Is it the same members? Most members? Do you delete topics after they complain to keep them happy?

I’ve had some members complain about drama on forums I’ve run but I’ve really struggled with this at times especially if I’m close to one of them and I don’t want to take sides. It’s not so bad if I have other staff as I can go to them for their views. I’ve lost some members on past forums I’ve run because I took the wrong side.
