Going on holiday?

Do you enjoy on holiday? Do you do one big one a year or lots of little ones? Me and my partner are going away for about a week and a half next month for a sci-fi convention.

We tend to go on smaller ones although last year we went on one for about three weeks.

My vacations are usually spent going back to where we used to live to visit family. This year, we're going to visit Tennessee to see my husband's aunt and uncle and also figure out if we want to live there when my husband retires.
