Marketplace & Exchanges Guidelines

The Exchanges & Marketplace is a place where members can swap posts, share services, and take up jobs for forums and blogs. It is a collaborative trading hub where site owners can help each other grow by offering skills, services, and opportunities.

This section is dedicated to exchanges and services such as post exchanges, review exchanges, graphic design assistance, administrative or moderation help, and both paid and unpaid job offers for forums or blogs. Any service-based collaboration between site owners is welcome here.

When creating an exchange or job thread, make sure your post clearly explains what you are offering and what you are requesting in return, if anything. You should also include any requirements, important details, or terms involved in the exchange. When relevant, provide a link to your site or portfolio so members can better understand the offer.

All posts should provide clear and honest information. Be accurate about what you can deliver and avoid misleading offers, hidden terms, or false promises.

If a service or job involves payment, the price or payment method must be clearly stated in the thread. Spark Promotion is not responsible for disputes between members, so all negotiations should be handled carefully and respectfully.

To prevent clutter, members may only have one active thread per unique offer or request at a time. If you need to make changes or provide updates, you can edit or update your existing thread instead of creating a new one.

Respect the time and effort of others. If you agree to participate in an exchange or take on a job, follow through in a timely manner. If something changes, communicate with the other member rather than abandoning the commitment.

You may update your thread with progress reports, updates, or status changes. Thread bumps are allowed once every 24 hours, but they must include meaningful information rather than simple bump messages.

All exchanges, services, and linked sites must comply with Spark Promotion’s main rules and be appropriate for a general audience.

Members must also avoid harassment or pressuring others into deals. Participation in exchanges and services must always remain voluntary and respectful.

Offer your skills, request support, and collaborate with other members to help your projects grow and succeed.
