What writing apps do you use?

I personally use Notepad when I'm writing new things, but what writing apps do you tend to use when you're writing new things and crafting your words? What are your personal favorites?

I use a note pad also. I have my medication list saved there. I also have my husband's medication list saved there as well. I also have a list of my upcoming doctor's appointments. It's the best way for me to keep track of all three things.

This depends on what I'm writing.

If I'm writing something massive, on my desktop, like a work of fiction, I'll use Scrivener. However, if I'm working on a long term project with lots of little notes that I need to keep organized while on the go, back and forth from my PC and what not, then I'll use Obsidian. If I need a quick temporary space to copy/paste, I'll use Notepad. And if I'm writing code, I'll just use Visual Studio.

I use MS Word. However, when I am not on my computer and when I have to take some notes, I use notepad.

I make use of the following writing applications. They are ;

MS Word
Google Docs
Note pad

The 3 of them are by far my personal favourites.

I use Google Docs for writing. It's so convenient and it sync across many devices. Sometimes, I use Notepad for quick notes as well.

I use MS Word. I pay for the subscription.

I use Grammarly Pro (or SuperHuman) for editing. I just edit for grammar and spelling. I don’t let the AI do its thing. I want to keep my voice intact.

I have no Apps. I have a desktop and I use it to creae my own writings I prefr being independent. May be I will check now and then about spellings on the Net
