How much sleep do you normally get each night?

What time to do you go to sleep?

I usually try to get to bed around 21:00 (9:00 pm), but I wake up every morning at 04:30. So that's what? About eight hours? Is it enough? While suffering through (undiagnosed) Long Covd, no, it's not, but nothing's going to fix that.

I sleep around 7 hours and I usually go to bed between 10 and 11 PM. I also take afternoon nap for 20-30 minutes

My doctors want me to get at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep each night. I go to bed around 10pm and I never go to sleep right away because it has always taken my body a long time to get there. I'm up around 6 in the summer, 7 or 8 in the winter.

I mostly go to bed from around 11,30pm till 12,30am - however, it doesn't mean I sleep.. I might stay up watching films or TV shows till around 2 am

To be very honest, I don't get enough sleep at night. I can't remember the last time I slept more than 4 hours at night. I usually go to bed around 3AM and wake up 6AM to 7AM.

It varies each night as to how much sleep I get. Some nights I can get up to 8 - 10 hours of sleep, and other nights, if I struggle to sleep or shut off, it can be as low as 3 - 4 hours of sleep.

Just recently, I have been sleeping better, though, so I am hoping that holds and continues.

I am off to bed by 8.15 as I am up early around 4. I am a morning person and this sleep schedule gives me more morning hours

I usually stay awake until I’m completely exhausted, and I like to sleep in.

When I was younger, I was barely getting any sleep. I was staying up until 3 AM when I had to wake up at 6 for school. Looking back, I can't figure out how I was able to do that. Now I need a solid 7 to 9 hours of sleep to not feel tired at work. But even now, I don't always get that much sleep, but it's definitely better.

Not a lot.

4 to 6 hours. My watch says I don’t get enough REM or enough sleep.

The older I get, the worse it gets.

I don't play with my sleep. There are times that I sleep around 8pm because of how hectic the day was. I ensure that I get at least 7 hours of sleep every day because sleeping well is very important for healthy living.

Sleep is a luxury for many Nigerians. Between work, traffic, and electricity issues. It's so difficult to get 8 hours of peaceful sleep. But no matter what, you need to prioritize rest because your health is so important.
