Criticism about your forum that was true?

Have you ever received criticism about your forum, that eventually you realized was actually true? What happened? Did you change things because of that criticism?

Constructive critisism is the best. At the end of the day the members are the ones visiting daily and a forum that works for them. Whilst designing my new site I’ve pivoted design multiple times because those members saw stuff I didn’t.

For sure.

I just take it as either feedback or jealousy.

One gets considered, the other gets ignored.
